No purchase necessary. Entries are made online. Appropriate disclaimers will be clearly displayed.
The winner can either take their own horse for the private ground or ridden lesson or alternatively use one of Jason’s horses.
The closing date for entries is Thursday 11th January 2018.
Competition is open to residents in the UK only excluding Northern Ireland, except the employees of Finest Brands International Ltd and their families, and any other company associated with the running and promotion of the competition.
All prizes must be accepted as offered. Once the prize is accepted, FBI Ltd shall have no further liability to the winner. Furthermore, FBI cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any rider as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
There can be no alternative awards, cash or otherwise. In the event of a competition prize being unavailable, FBI reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The decision of the Managing Director is final and prizes shall be awarded at FBI Ltd discretion.
If FBI Ltd considers that the winner has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. All prize details and products are correct at the time of competition launch.
While every effort is made to ensure all prize details are correct FBI Ltd cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen changes. No correspondence can be entered into and no entry returned.
Winners shall be notified by e-mail after the closing date on Friday 12th January 2018.
FBI Ltd reserves the right to remove the winner, at any point, where either horse or rider is not deemed suitable. The training course does not include travel expenses. Winners must be prepared to co-operate with publicity arising as a result of winning a competition. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
These terms and conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
